    Can I get an AMC for a system that was not installed by Varsha Enterprises?
    Yes. We offer AMC for security systems installed by other vendors as well — subject to a site inspection to assess the system's current condition. Contact us with details of your existing systems and we will advise on the appropriate plan.
    When does the AMC start after signing?
    AMC begins from the date of agreement and is valid for 12 months. For new installations, we recommend starting the AMC from the date of installation for seamless coverage from day one.
    What if I need an emergency visit outside the scheduled preventive visits?
    Emergency service calls are available for all AMC clients. Standard and Premium plan clients get priority response within 24 hours and same day respectively. Additional calls beyond the plan limit may be charged at a discounted AMC rate.
    Are spare parts included in the AMC?
    Labour is free across all plans. Spare parts are included for Premium plan clients. Standard plan covers consumables. For Basic plan, parts are charged at cost — but no labour fees are added.
    Can I upgrade my AMC plan during the contract period?
    Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Standard or from Standard to Premium at any time during your contract period. The price difference is prorated for the remaining contract period.
    Do you provide an AMC certificate?
    Yes. Upon signing, we issue an AMC agreement document detailing all covered systems, visit schedule, response time commitments and support contact details for your records.
